I anticipated that Evelyn was probably going to provide some good facial expressions during a spin on the Tilt-A-Whirl at Cedar Point, so I set the camera at waist level and just fired off bursts of pictures. She went from enjoying it very much to sheer terror as the ride spun around quickly. This photo should post on her 2nd birthday; her party is this weekend, so we'll have more photos to post then. Happy Birthday my little princess/peacock!

Four Stitches

Jacob slammed his head into a corner of a loft at his school today and opened up a pretty nasty gash that required four stitches. He was very brave, and is doing fine now.

Boys and Frogs

Jacob found several tiny frogs like this one at Grandpa Rygielski's pond this past weekend. He kept this one in a pickle jar overnight before returning it back to its home.
